ARKAEA, SOIL To Guest On 'Uncensored Net Noise'

"Years In The Darkness", the debut album from ARKAEA sold 980 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD landed at position No. 39 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
SOIL's new album, "Picture Perfect", will be released in the U.S. on October 20 via Bieler Bros. Records and three days later in Europe through AFM Records/Soulfood.
"Picture Perfect" was created by the production team of Grammy-nominated producer Johnny K (DISTURBED, STAIND),Ulrich Wild (DEFTONES, INCUBUS) and SOIL, with Dave Fortman (MUDVAYNE, EVANESCENCE) handling mixing duties. Other songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Temptation", "Surrounded", and "Picture Perfect".
SOIL's last album, "True Self", was released in May 2006 via DRT Entertainment.
